Abbey Park Cafe open its doors once again

Evesham Editorial 6th May, 2016 Updated: 20th Oct, 2016   0

A POPULAR cafe in Evesham’s Abbey Park has opened its doors once again under new management.

The Abbey Park Cafe officially opened back in March and is now serving hot drinks, hot snacks and ice cream all the way through to September from 9.30am until 6.30pm daily.

Sisters Donna Milimono and Dawn Welland have expanded their business to take over the cafe, as they already run the Bridge Street Kitchen in Evesham’s town centre.

And the business owners have struck a deal with Wychavon District Council for a lease to run the cafe through until 2020.

Donna Milimono said: “It’s in such a brilliant location.

“Our ice cream is sourced from an organic farm and most of it is gluten free.

“We are reasonable priced. Me and my sister have seven children between us so we know how expensive it can be to go out, that’s why our prices are reasonable.”
