YOUNGSTERS at Harvington First School have been working together on a range of different science activities.
As part of science week, pupils made ice cream and toothpaste, investigated how to keep drinks warm and built structures to hold different weights.
The packed week of events gave children at the Village Street school the opportunity to develop their investigation skills.
Year five teacher Becky Enstone said: “They have had a brilliant week showing they are leaders in learning as they have planned investigations and adapted methods to reach a suitable conclusion.”
