Between 5.30pm and 5.45pm on Friday, July 1 he was walking with his friends when he noticed two men walking towards him on the opposite side of the street.

One of the men then crossed the road and began making offensive comments about the 56 year-old’s appearance and then used a racial slur towards the man.
