A 56-YEAR-OLD man was racially abused as he was walking along Bridge Street in Evesham.

Between 5.30pm and 5.45pm on Friday, July 1 he was walking with his friends when he noticed two men walking towards him on the opposite side of the street.

One of the men then crossed the road and began making offensive comments about the 56 year-old’s appearance and then used a racial slur towards the man.

The victim and the man then bumped chests, but there was no further contact between the two.

Police have now released an image of two men they would like to speak to as they may have information which could help with their investigation.
