THOUSANDS of pounds worth of vapes have been seized in a raid at an Evesham shop.
Police and Trading Standards found around 300 illicit vapes – worth roughly £3000 – in a hidden compartment at a town centre shop.
The seizure happened as checks were being carried out on shops in the town centre, based on intelligence gathered by Evesham Safer Neighbourhood Team.
West Mercia Police have urged anyone with information regarding the sale of illegal tobacco and vapes to report it at www.westmercia.police.uk or call 101.
