To celebrate the Winter Olympics in Beijing, The Valley in Evesham hosted pop-up curling for shoppers last weekend.
The free topical activity enabled over 200 people of all ages and abilities an exciting opportunity to taster a new sport that they would not usually be able to access easily.

Accessed and run by Blue Diamond Home & Garden. Relax and unwind in the Applebarn Restaurant situated in the Blue Diamond Evesham Garden Centre. Breakfasts are served daily between 9am until 11.30am Monday to Friday and 10am until 11.30am on a Sunday. Lunch is served between 11.30am until 3pm with a selection of home-cooked dishes. There is also a large selection of homemade cakes and wines, beers, and ciders are available. A selection of hot meals, picnic bags, and snacks are available for Children. Flavour Catering use quality, local produce on their scrumptious menu, which features both meat and vegetarian options. Tasty treats include their staple hog roast, and of course, crunchy, crispy, crackling comes as standard.
