A TRIBUTE to one of the best-selling acts in music history will head to Evesham to recreate the highlights of Billy Joel’s incredible career.

Jules Benjamin and his band will present their acclaimed ‘Piano Man – The Music of Billy Joel’ show at Evesham Arts Centre on Friday, September 8, where they will celebrate the last 40 years of Joel’s most iconic tracks and energetic live shows.

Ranked as one of most popular recording artists and respected entertainers in the world, Joel’s songs have acted as personal and cultural touchstones for millions of people.

He has sold more than 150 million records and has had 33 Top 40 hits and 23 Grammy nominations since signing his first solo recording contract in 1972.

Jules is one of the Midlands’ most accomplished performers and songwriters, having travelled the world to play for royalty, appeared on TV and has shared the stage with the likes of Olly Murs, Status Quo, Glen Tilbrook and Danny Williams.

But don’t just take our word for it, even Liberty DeVitto, the original drummer for Billy Joel praised Jules for doing a ‘great job of celebrating the music I helped create’.

So get ready for an incredible night of some of the best songs ever written, performed by a stunning live tribute.

The event starts at 7.30pm and tickets £16 for adults and £15 for concessions and members.
