AWARD-WINNING musical Kinky Boots will strut its way on to the big screen at Pershore Number 8 next month.
Recorded live at the Adelphi Theatre in 2018, the smash hit West End musical based on the popular film will be shown on February 13 and 16 at 7pm and 2.30pm respectively.
Kinky Boots takes audiences from a gentlemen’s shoe factory in Northampton to the glamorous catwalks of Milan.
It tells the story of Charlie Price who is struggling to live up to his father’s expectations and continue the family business of Price and Son.
With songs from pop icon Cyndi Lauper, book by legendary Broadway playwright Harvey Fierstein and direction and choreography by Jerry Mitchell, Kinky Boots is a joyous story of British grit transforming into a high-heeled hit.
