Aaron Wise 18th Feb, 2017

VALE residents are being invited to step back to when pop was at its peak in a dazzling live 70s show.

Evesham Arts Centre will host the ‘Supersonic 70s Show’ on Saturday, March 4, where an evening of jam-packed tunes will transport the audience back to the pop-tastic days of sensational groovy rhythm.

Led by ‘Catsuit Wondergirl’ Janey Bombshell, the enthralling event will take you back to all the classic 70s hits, from the towering majesty of Queen, ELO and The Carpenters, the ‘pin-up pop’ of The Osmonds, David Essex and David Cassidy, to the foot-stompin’ Glam Rock of Sweet, Mud and T.Rex.

Now add the unforgettable sounds of ‘Saturday Night Fever’ and ‘Grease’, plus those iconic UK Eurovision hits, and you have the perfect remedy for a Super Trouper show simply too good to miss.

So come along to night of glitter and glamour, where everyone of all ages can get together and get down to the rhythms of the much-loved 70s era.

The event starts at 7.30pm and costs £17 for adults and £15 for concessions, members and those who are part of a group of eight plus.
