Evesham Editorial 25th Jan, 2018   0

A LEADING tribute to the legendary Rolling Stones, The Counterfeit Stones, will take to the stage at Evesham’s Regal for a night of pure, unadulterated copy-rock.

Their latest show, Street Fighting Sham, offers a night of live music on Saturday, March 17 with doors opening at the art deco venue from 7pm with the show starting up at 8pm.

Having successfully toured the globe for 27 years, playing to capacities of up to 60,000, The Counterfeit Stones have received high praise from fans including Prince Edward, the Gallagher brothers and founding member of The Rolling Stones, Sir Mick Jagger.

Jagger hailed the band, often described as The Rolling Stones’ hooky masterpiece, as ‘the most famous Stones band in England’.

Laurence Wiper from The Regal said; “We’re excited to welcome The Counterfeit Stones to The Regal for the first time this year.

“Packed with big hits, retro fashion and vintage guitars it promises to be a night to remember! Book your tickets now to avoid disappointment.”

Tickets are priced at £17.50 each, plus a £3 service charge per ticket.

Standing tickets for The Counterfeit Stones live at The Regal are available via The Regal’s website www.theregal.ac or by calling the Box Office on 01386 421007.
