Lots of laughs at Raw Comedy Club

Rob George 14th Sep, 2017

EVESHAM’S biggest and best comedy club brings another clutch of stand-up comics to the town’s Arts Centre bar on Thursday, September 21.

Half a dozen fresh and different acts will fill the foyer with funny with an established headliner as a finale.

MC for the night is mother of ‘The Teenager’ Cerys Nelmes who has made her name on Trollied, Casualty and Stella.

“Posh” Kevin Caswell-Jones, the energetic Winter Foenander, darkly comic Ben Briggs, Gloucester’s own Demitris Deech and all the way from New Zealand Matt Stellingwerf complete the line-up for a night guaranteed to tickle your funny bone.

Evesham Arts Centre’s Raw Comedy nights offer rising acts a chance to try out 10-15 minutes of material and hone their skills.

Comedy fans get a good laugh and the chance to spot comedy talent before their big break.

The latest dose of Raw Comedy kicks off at 8pm in the arts centre’s Foyer Bar and suitable for those aged 16 and above.

Tickets are £6 on the door or £5 in advance (£4 for members, students and concessions) and are available from the Almonry on online at www.eveshamartscentre.co.uk
