From zero to hero for comic

FORMER Celebrity Big Brother winner Jim Davidson will be telling how we went from devastation to joy when he performs in Evesham later this month.

The comedian, who was voted winner of the Channel 5 reality show last year, will tell his story at The Regal on Port Street on Saturday, January 31, starting at 8pm.

Very few comedians could turn the worst year of their life into a resounding success. Fresh from winning the most successful ever series of Big Brother by a landslide, comedy king Davidson has done exactly that.

Davidson is firmly established as one of Britain’s top stand-up comedians and he is well known to TV viewers as host of BBC TV game shows Generation Game and Big Break.

But Davidson spent a year fighting the claims against him to prove his innocence following the Operation Yewtree investigation into sexual abuse allegations.

‘No Further Action’ sees Davidson tell the story of his arrest and the nightmare 12 months that followed, the clearing of his name and winning the heart of the nation all over again.

The show promises to be the most outrageous, hilarious and insightful show Jim has ever performed, but most of all it will be the truth.

Tickets for the show cost from £22.50 and are available by visiting http://theregal.ac/ or by calling 01386 421007.
