‘ROCKNEY’ duo Chas ‘n’ Dave are On The Road and ready to raise the roof at The Regal for a night of vintage rock and roll.

The inseparable pair are bringing their 2015 tour to Evesham for a special performance of all the much-loved classics such as ‘Rabbit’ and ‘Ain’t No Pleasing You’ on Saturday, July 18.

Chas ‘n’ Dave have had many achievements over the years since they first began writing and performing songs together in 1972.

The pair, who recently performed at London’s Horse Guards Parade , a focal point of the national celebrations for the 70th anniversary of VE Day, have also recorded their first original album in 27 years.

Being well known for their mixture of vintage rock and roll songs and renditions of their own classics, Chas ‘n’ Dave will dazzle an audience of all ages together to bring back memories and create new ones through their endless list of golden material.

Pianist Chas Hodges said: “Dave and I are so looking forward to playing The Regal in July. Funnily enough my local cinema was The Regal Edmonton, where I saw Jerry Lee Lewis in 1958 and I decided to learn the piano.”

Live Events manager, Laurence Wiper said: “Chas ‘n’ Dave are great musicians and know how to give an audience a good time. They have gained a cult audience, both young and old, and we can’t wait to see everyone at The Regal having a great time with the rockney duo.”

Tickets for the event which starts at 8pm, are available from £27.50 and can be purchased via The Regal’s website at www.theregal.ac or by calling the box office on 01386 421007.
