EVESHAM’s Regal cinema will show the latest film in JK Rowling’s Wizarding World saga, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, from the first day of national release.
In celebration, the art deco cinema will host two red carpet fancy dress events for guests to attend as their favourite character from the series.
Movie premiere style screenings will take place on Saturday (November 17) at 4.45pm and 8.30pm with prizes to be awarded for the best dressed witches, wizards and magical creatures.
The sequel to Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them stars Eddie Redmayne, who returns as Newt Scamander, Jude Law as a young Professor Dumbledore and Johnny Depp as Gellert Grindelwald. Dumbledore enlists the help of past student Scamander after the brilliant, but twisted wizard, Grindelwald escapes from custody.
Ian Wiper, managing director said: “As a small, independent cinema with only one screen, it’s a real triumph for us to be showing Fantastic Beasts 2 from the national release date.”
Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald will be shown from Friday for three weeks.
