A MUSIC odyssey will be on offer at The Regal in Evesham when Rick Wakeman returns to the town on his new tour next month.
Following on from the release of his new album, Rick Wakeman will take to the stage for his Piano Odyssey tour a year on from his Piano Portraits showcase which stopped at the town venue for a sold out show last November.
His new show is based on a selection of tracks from both Piano Odyssey and Piano Portraits and showcases music which has a special connection with his own musical journey, all accompanied by his memories and anecdotes about the tunes plus a few musical surprises.
The Regal’s Laurence Wiper said: “Rick’s one of our favourite performers and guests can expect a night of beautiful piano arrangements, interspersed with Wakeman’s renowned comedy interludes.”
The show will take place on Sunday, November 11 from 8pm.
