A MAN has been arrested and cannabis plants have been seized by police in Pinvin following the discovery of a large cannabis farm.
After concerns were raised by a member of the public, officers visited an empty business in the village and located a large quantity of cannabis plants.
Officers visited the address last night (Thursday) and discovered the plants growing. A 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of production of cannabis.
Insp Alex Warner said: “We’d like to thank the member of the public who contacted us and raised their concerns about the possibility of drugs being cultivated in the local area. We want to continue to make our communities even safer and we always appreciate the public sharing information with us.”
