RESIDENTS across the county will be able to learn more about their council’s services as the Worcestershire County Council roadshows return for 2024.
The first stop on this summer’s countywide tour will be the Hanbury Countryside Show, Redditch from 9am to 6pm on Saturday, July 6
Various county councillors, and members of staff will be on hand at each event to talk about the range of services that the Council provides.
During last year’s tour of events, over 1,000 face to face conversations with local people took place across Worcestershire.
This year, the Council hopes to talk to even more people and hear what they have to say about the services it provides and supports.
The roadshow will be at these events over the summer:
- Hanbury Show – Saturday, July 6
- Outside Great Malvern Priory, during Malvern Food Festival – Sunday, July 7
- Astwood Bank Carnival – Saturday, July 13
- Bromsgrove Carnival – Saturday, July 13
- Tenbury Show – Saturday, August 3
- Battle of Evesham – Sunday, August 4
- Worcester Show – Sunday, August 11
- Far Forest Countryside show – Saturday, August 10
- Droitwich Saltfest – Saturday, August 31
