AN EVESHAM man has been banned from entering the town centre for at least five years after he was handed a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).

Gary Booth, 21, was given the CBO following a hearing at Worcester Crown Court last Thursday (February 11).

After being convicted for harassment following a breach of a restraining order, the CBO was handed down and covers eight specific areas.

As well as being banned from entering the town centre, Booth has been told not to behave in an aggressive, threatening or intimidating manner.

Booth is also banned from associated in any public place with a number of named individuals and driving any vehicle not registered to him or one where is not a named driver on the insurance.

He is also prohibited from contacting either directly or indirectly a particular individual who cannot be named for legal reasons.

Booth is also banned from associating with another individual except for certain circumstances.

The CBO also demands Booth does not enter Albert Road in Evesham nor be in the company of any child under the age of 18 without their presence of their parents unless it’s a family member.
