A CAR was seized in Evesham in the early hours of yesterday morning after it was found to have no insurance, tax or MoT.

PC Oliver from Evesham Safer Neighbourhood Team was driving down the A46, Twyford, around 3am when he spotted the vehicle.

It was being driven at 25mph on the 60mph road which raised suspicions.

The vehicle was pulled over and checks carried out.

The driver has now been reported for all the offences.

Driving without insurance can carry a penalty of a £300 fine and six penalty points and having no MoT can earn a driver three points.

Motorists accruing 12 points face a driving ban.
