BROADWAY Golf Club’s junior section continues to go from strength-to-strength following a strong showing both at home and away from the club.
A couple of Broadway teams represented the club at the County Junior Team Championship at Brickhampton Court Golf Club.
Competing in a field of 23 teams, Broadway finished seventh and ninth overall to secure a pair of top-10 finishes.
The Broadway squad of Ned Shaw, William Preen and Oscar Bilcliffe combined to finish seventh.
And the squad of Oliver Ching, Matthew Hammond and junior captain Grace Loram finished ninth.
Back on home turf, Tommy Sutherland won the Ladies Cup competition with a total of 38 points,
And Oliver Ching claimed the Junior Captain’s Cup with a total of 41 points with the event a highlight of the club’s junior calendar.
