EVESHAM United missed the chance to move further clear of the relegation zone following a 1-1 draw against Plymouth Parkway.
The Robins led through Amer Awadh’s first-half goal only for Rio Garside to draw Plymouth level early in the second period at the Spiers and Hartwell Stadium.
The result means Evesham sit 17th in the Southern League Premier South table, two points clear of the relegation zone, with the Robins winless in their last five matches.
Evesham broke the deadlock on 22 minutes when Awadh finished coolly past Frankie Phillips into the bottom left corner from Andre Wright’s flick-on.
However, Plymouth equalised three minutes after the break when Robins goalkeeper Alex Harris failed to deal with a cross from the right and Garside found the net from 12-yards out.
The Robins almost reclaimed the lead only for Roger James to see his effort come back off the crossbar while Phillips made a reaction stop to deny Wright.
Evesham are next in action against Hanwell Town on Tuesday, March 24 with kick-off at 7.45pm at the Oliver Connell and Son Community Stadium.
