A LEADING residential estate agency serving Evesham and the Vale, has been named a British Property Award winner.
Johnsons Property Consultants based on High Street, underwent an independently-judged assessment process and evaluated against 25 separate criteria, with a strong focus on customer service standards.
The British Property Awards assess more than 90 per cent of qualifying estate agents in each local market, providing one of the most comprehensive overviews of customer service levels within the UK property sector.
Agents are judged over a prolonged period to ensure consistency, professionalism and reliability.
Unlike many industry awards, agents do not have to pay to enter, in order to ensure a fair, inclusive and unbiased judging process.
Robert McLean of The British Property Awards said: “Our awards have been specifically designed to be attainable to all agents, removing common barriers to entry such as cost, and eliminating any opportunity for bias or manipulation.
“If an agent has been attributed with an award, it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels they have demonstrated over time.

As a result of this local win, Johnsons Property Consultants which is based on High Street, has also been shortlisted for a number of national awards, which will be announced later in the year.
