A NEW unique artisan wood-fired pizza parlour is coming to The Valley shopping centre in Evesham – and it is a local business.
The Worcestershire-based Pizza Nostra was founded in 2023 and operates from a custom mobile unit equipped with a traditional wood-fired oven, ensuring each pizza is crafted with care and attention to detail.
With a team boasting extensive experience in fine dining alongside culinary heavyweights like Nick Nairn, Brian Maule of the Roux Brothers, and Gordon Ramsay, Pizza Nostra emphasises a flavour-first approach.
Founder Arash said: “We believe in doing the right things well.
“Our dough is slow-fermented, and we choose our ingredients with great care. Every pizza is made to order, allowing guests to enjoy a truly fresh experience.
“We’re incredibly excited to join The Valley.”
Guests will have the opportunity to witness the entire pizza-making process, from hand-stretching the dough to the final bake, which takes only around 90 seconds. This transparent process adds a touch of theatre to the experience, making visits visual as well as tasty.
Pizza Nostra is the second independent food businesses to join The Valley in recent months.
