Worcestershire Acute Hospitals Trust asks for patient's opinions in new survey

STAFF at Worcestershire’s hospitals are seeking responses from patients, their carers and families and friends as part of a new scheme.

People are being invited to give their opinion by taking part in the Worcestershire Acute Hospitals Trust’s annual Big Quality Conversation.

Through this the trust, which runs the Alexandra, Kidderminster and Worcestershire Royal Hospitals, is hoping to engage with as many people as possible.

The survey is anonymous and available in 95 different languages which will ask questions on safety, effectiveness on treatment and overall care experience in the hospitals.

Hayley Flavell, interim chief nursing officer at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals Trust, said: “We really want to engage and understand what is important to our local community and we will use this information to directly inform the Trust’s quality priorities.

“This year we are running our survey until January and, by completing the survey, our local community can help make a real difference and support us in delivering excellent standards for care.”

The survey can be filled in at surveyhero.com/c/BigQualityConversation25-26 and is also available in paper format.
