Taylor Wimpey has launched a community chest competition in Evesham offering the chance for a local good cause to receive a £500 donation.
Whether it’s a charity that relies on donations to continue its vital work, or a community group that makes a real difference to local people, Taylor Wimpey is encouraging Evesham residents to put forward the organisations they believe are most deserving of a helping hand.
Nominations can be made by emailing the name of the nominee, along with a brief description of why they should be considered, to [email protected].
All nominations will need to be received by Saturday, September 20 and Taylor Wimpey will then select one group or organisation to receive the £500 donation.
Matthew Kendall, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey Midlands, said: “We recognise the importance of giving back to the communities in which we build, and there’s no one better than local people to tell us who is making a real difference.
“Whether it’s a local charity that depends on donations or a group providing invaluable support to the community, we want to know who you believe would benefit most from a £500 donation.”
Only one nomination per person will be counted, and the winner will be informed by the end of October.
Taylor Wimpey’s Abbey Grange development in Boat Lane, Evesham is set to launch in the autumn this year.
