A MAN has been charged after an 88-year-old pensioner was assaulted in Wickhamford earlier this month.
Adrian Paskin, 40, of Murcot Turn in Broadway has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent, criminal damage and theft.
The charges relate to the pensioner being assaulted on Murcot Turn in Broadway at around 9.35pm on Sunday, May 11.
Paskin has been remanded in custody to appear at Worcester Crown Court on June 9.
A 46-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in relation to the same incident remains on police bail.
