A MOTORIST is in a serious condition following a two-vehicle collision between Willersey and Saintbury this morning.
Emergency services were called to a report of the incident on the B4632 at around 8.05am on Monday, March 17.
The collision involved a gold Land Rover Discovery and a black Lexus IS 200.
One person with serious injuries had to be cut free from their vehicle by firefighters and was flown to University Hospital Coventry.
As of 3.30pm the road was still closed and motorists are advised to find alternative routes.
Officers from Gloucestershire Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or who has dashcam footage which they believe to be relevant to come forward.
