A MAN was arrested in Evesham on Monday on suspicion of threats to kill and theft from a person.
The suspect tried to escape by hiding in a nearby property but he was detained around St Lawrence Road by Evesham Town Centre officers.
On searching him, they found a rock of crack cocaine, £865 in cash and a knuckle duster
He was later arrested for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and the man was also wanted on warrant as he had not turned up for his latest court appearance.
He was sentence to 26 weeks in prison for the previous offences and the latest offences will be remain under investigation.
