Evesham Editorial 22nd Dec, 2021   0

A PLEA for video doorbell footage has been made nearly a month after a pensioner from Badsey went missing.

Officers have revealed their increasing concern for 68-year-old Margaret Tyszkow who was last seen between 10am and 10.30am on Thursday, November 25 walking along Brewers Lane, heading towards Chapel Street. She was wearing a long grey mac, a knee length skirt and a face mask.

Thorough searches are continuing and officers are once again appealing to the local community to help them locate Margaret. In particular, officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have video doorbell footage which shows Margaret on the day she went missing.

Det Insp Ed Slough, said: “We’re extremely concerned for the safety of Margaret and are doing everything possible to try to locate her.

“I’d like to thank the public for their help so far in sharing our appeals, and now ask anyone who lives on Brewers Lane, Chapel Street or surrounding roads and has a video doorbell to please review footage from 8am to 12.30pm on November 25 to see if there is any sign of Margaret.

“If there is, please get in touch with us by calling 101 quoting incident 537i of 25 November.

“Our main priority is to know that Margaret is safe and well, therefore if anyone has information but doesn’t want to come forward to the police, you can get in touch anonymously via Crimestoppers.”

Anyone who has seen Margaret in person or knows of her whereabouts is asked to call 999 quoting incident 537i of 25 November or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
