A MAN has died after a collision between a car and a lorry on the A46 near Evesham between the junction with Cheltenham Road and Aston Somerville.
Officers from West Mercia Police were called to the scene at about 9.45am today (Wednesday) where a man in his 50s was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.
The collision involved a silver Nissan Qashqai car and a white Mercedes car transporter lorry. The lorry driver was unhurt.
The road was closed for investigations to take place but has re-opened this evening.
