THERE will be a chance for residents to get into cycling when Cycle Evesham Vale is holding an Easy Riders programme for new or returning cyclists on Sunday, August 4, writes Cameron Mowat.
The rides on offer are held on the first Sunday of the month and the timing and start point varies from ride to ride. The routes are between 10 and 15 minutes and are flatter than a social ride, at a pace that ensures no rider is left behind.
This Sunday’s ride starts at 10am from the main car park of Evesham College at 10am, off Davies Road.
The cyclists will head to Elmley Castle before heading back towards Evesham via the Salt Road.
