CLUB chairman Dave Kewley played well below his handicap of 15 to secure victory in Evesham Golf Club’s David Taylor Flag Trophy competition.
This well supported event is played annually in memory of the late David Taylor who was a long-time supporter of the club and the seniors section in particular.
Golf was played in beautiful sunshine over 18 holes and Kewley triumphed despite two bogies as he managed to get to the 19th green before he ran out of shots.
