Is Monty’s long wait over?

Evesham Editorial 2nd Aug, 2018   0

STAFF at Dogs Trust Evesham are appealing for a home for a dog who has been waiting almost half his life to find a home, just in time for his third birthday.

Monty originally found himself in the care of Dogs Trust through no fault of his own but despite interest from potential adopters, he is yet to find afamily who can work with him to feel happy in a new home.

Tracey Spiers, rehoming centre assistant manager, said: “Monty really struggles with meeting new people but given time and patience to get to know one another, Monty will be a great companion, especially as he loves long walks and exploring in the great outdoors.”

“Monty does need an adult-only, pet-free home as he likes his own space. We would like him to find a new owner who can offer him a consistent routine and who are prepared to visit the centre several times prior to adoption to get to know him.

Call 0300 303 0292 or visit them Dogs Trust at Pitchers Hill, Wickhamford to find out more about Monty.
