PERSHORE’S Volunteer Centre has been handed an early Christmas present in the shape of £150 from the TSB to help with their festive events.
The donation is part of a nationwide Christmas donation programme by TSB, which is giving every one of its branches money to gift to a local cause.
TSB has given more than £1.7 million to local causes across Britain since its local charity partnerships launched in 2015.
Pauline Taylor, TSB Pershore bank manager, said: “We chose to give this money to Pershore Volunteer Centre because we wanted to help people in the Pershore area in need this Christmas.
“It’s fantastic to know that the £150 we are giving them will really make a difference to people in our local community.”
