Caring pupils wear odd socks to support Anti-Bullying Week

CARING pupils at a Vale first school dressed in odd socks for a day to help raise awareness of Anti-Bullying Week.

Fladbury CE First School marked the start of a week of activities by joining with schools across the country in wearing odd socks to raise funds for the Anti-Bullying Alliance.

Headteacher Julie Wilson, said: “Odd sock day is a great opportunity for the children to express themselves and appreciate everyone’s individuality and uniqueness.

“It was a great way to start a week of “Anti-Bullying” activities under the theme of everyone different, everyone equal.”
