Woman in 60s left with fractured hip following crash in Evesham

A WOMAN in her 60s has been left with a fractured hip following a crash involving a scooter and a 4×4 in Evesham.

It happened at about 1pm last Tuesday (May 9) at the junction of Badsey Road and the A46.

The scooter rider, the woman in her 60s, suffered from a fractured hip as a result of the incident.

A man in his 50s, the driver of the Range Rover, was not injured.




Officers from West Mercia Police investigating the incident would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or saw either of the vehicles, and the manner in which they were being driven, before the collision occurred.

Anyone with information should call police on 101, quoting incident number 304S of May 9.
