THERE was plenty of success for Pershore High School pupil Maeghan Brown to savour when she represented Wales in the Tri Nations Under 16 Juniors International Polocrosse tournament.
The event took place at Birr Polocrosse Club in County Tipperary in Ireland at the weekend and Maeghan’s Welsh team finished runners-up to a phenomenal Irish squad.
Wales defeated England, who had a full complement of squad members.
There was also individual delight for Maeghan who won the Best Lady Rider/Horse combination.
