STAFF at the Regal Cinema have been getting in the Star Wars spirit by dressing as their favourite characters from the hugely popular franchise.
Ahead of the opening of Star Wars: The Force Awakens on Thursday (December 17), staff have been getting ready for what is expected to be the highest grossing film of 2015.
Set 30 years after Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi, Episode VII promises stunning special effects and powerful storylines in what is primed to be an epic awakening for the Star Wars franchise.
The film is directed by Star Trek director and long-term Star Wars fan, J. J. Abrams, and features Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill), Han Solo (Harrison Ford) and Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher).
And Star Wars fans in Evesham can see the film from Thursday and throughout the festive period at The Regal.
Official Star Wars merchandise will also be available to purchase at the cinema.
