Growing a tache for charity cash

Evesham Editorial 6th Nov, 2015 Updated: 20th Oct, 2016   0

OBSERVER reporters Aaron Wise and Joshua Godfey have ditched their razors for the month to raise cash for ‘Movember’.

The annual campaign asks fund-raisers to avoid a close shave with the blade until the end of November to raise cash for the popular cause.

Aaron and Joshua will be raising cash for Acorns Children’s Hospice Trust and Aaron said he was looking forward to the experience.

“I think Movember is a great chance to raise much needed funds for charities and also a chance to bring out your inner Charlie Chaplin,” he said.

Joshua said: “What we’re doing is only small but hopefully the cash we will raise will help Acorns in some way to continue their invaluable care and support for severely ill children.”
