AN EVESHAM school raised more than £600 from its annual coffee morning for Macmillan Cancer Support.
St Mary’s Catholic Primary School recently brewed up an impressive £684 for the charity, which will go to the Macmillan Ward at Evesham Hospital.
Headteacher Jacqueline Smith said: “Children and parents were invited to an enormous coffee and cake sale.
“It was a fantastic morning and all the children enjoyed the cakes and drinks whilst raising money for such a good cause.
“Thanks to Vicki Anderson and Tesco for donating tea, coffee and baking ingredients.”
