THE WORLD Cup may now be over but football fever gripped a Vale school for its annual event.
Pupils from Holy Redeemer Catholic Primary School in Pershore used football’s biggest extravaganza to mark this year’s summer strawberry fayre.
The event, which was held on Friday (July 11), included community games, an art and poetry competition and several stalls.
Pershore Mayor Coun Tony Rowley was the special guest at the event.
