FAMILIES were able to enjoy a birthday party with a difference in celebration of the Christian church.
The Church Birthday Party Fun Day saw Evesham churches join together and stage a free fun day for Vale residents at Workman Gardens on Sunday, May 25.
More than 200 people joined in worship in the morning, which was followed by fun and games, including three bouncy castles, face painting and a barbecue.
The churches gave away 348 muffins, 300 beefburgers, 300 hotdogs and copious amount of tea and coffee.
Families were also treated to an afternoon of comedy and open mike sessions.
The Fun Day was part of the churches celebrations to remember Pentecost, the day the church was born.
