  • Cats Protection (Coventry Branch)

    Cats Protection is a national charitable organisation founded in 1927. It is Britain's oldest charity solely for the welfare of cats. Coventry Branch was founded in 1954 by six local volunteers. The Branch cares for between 50 and 100 cats and kittens at any one time until they can be placed in new homes. Our aim is to rescue stray and unwanted cats and kittens, rehabilitate and rehome them, to encourage the neutering of cats not required for breeding and to inform the public on the care of cats and kittens.

  • The PolkaDotGals Charity Calendar Campaign for Fibromyalgia Awareness

    A fun campaign to raise awareness of the debilitating chronic condition, Fibromyalgia, which is more prevalent than arthritis. The PolkaDotGals campaign was the brainchild of local model Bianca Embley, and the campaign is supported by Coventry City footballers, local glamour model Danni Wells and championship 100m hurdler Sara McGreavy among others.
