THREE people have been arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply after cannabis was found at a house in Drakes Broughton.
Police from Pershore Rural South and Rural North Safer Neighbourhood Team seized the class b drug, as well as drugs paraphernalia and an amount of cash from the property yesterday (Friday).
A 35 year-old man and a 33 year-old woman, both from Drakes Broughton, and a 26 year-old man of no fixed address have been arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply: class B and are currently in police custody.
PC Paul Acaster from Pershore Rural South and Rural North Safer Neighbourhood Team said: “We do not tolerate illegal substances in Worcestershire and will always act on information we receive.
“Drugs can be very damaging to our communities and we want the public to know that we are taking action.
“We will always welcome information from the public and would urge anyone who has concerns about the supply of drugs to contact police on 101.”
