STORM Imogen has brought yet more rain and strong winds of up to 50mph to the Vale as a flood warning remains in force.

The Met Office has issued a yellow be aware warning for wind across Worcestershire which could cause disruption on the county’s roads.

A flood warning still remains in place for the River Avon in Evesham after river levels peaked at about 3.1 metres yesterday (Sunday).

The Environment Agency warned levels could still rise even further as more rain is predicted.

Waterside has now been reopened after river levels fell from their peak at the weekend.

Emergency services are warning motorists to take care while driving due to the amount of standing water on roads across the Vale.

Elsewhere, floodwater has closed Brook Lane in Cropthorne, Jubilee Bridge in Fladbury and Eckington Bridge.
