TEMPORARY changes to Evesham’s Library service will take place from January due to planned improvement work.
The service changes are the result of the work currently being carried out at the library to create space for the learning disability service and to re-lay network cables.
Customers are being informed that from Monday, January 18 to Saturday, January 23 they will be able to return and borrow books but the selection of books available will be limited.
Also there will be no computer access or printing facility during the week of work.
Coun Lucy Hodgson, cabinet member for localism and communities said: “We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers.
“Our aim is to keep any disruption to a minimum during this unavoidable phase of the improvement work at Evesham.
“Customers can use any Worcestershire library; the closest to Evesham being Pershore, Broadway and The Hive. They can also take advantage of our free eBooks and eMagazines during this period.”
