YOUNGSTERS are being invited to get on down to an Evesham school as a new dance academy is set to start.

Jago Dance Studio will open its doors tomorrow (Saturday) in The De Montfort School’s dance studio after it was branched out into Evesham.

The academy, which specialises in ballet, tap, modern, jazz, contemporary, street, boys dance and acro, is also fully operational in Worcester and can count a number of trophies and medals to its name.

Classes will run every Friday evening and Saturday afternoon with a free ‘open day’ being held at the Four Pools Road site tomorrow between 3pm and 6pm.

Simon Hundley, principal of the academy, said: “We hope the open day will encourage more people in Evesham to start dancing and come and see what our vibrant school is all about.

“We are particularly keen to get more boys dancing in Evesham and the surrounding areas. Come alone, see what we are all about and we guarantee you will be made most welcome.”
