AN HISTORIC Evesham hotel has been honoured for ‘going the extra mile’ with a prestigious award.
The Evesham Hotel on Coopers Lane, the hotel claimed the Good Hotel Guide Editor’s Choice 2015 Award for Family-friendly Hotels.
Judges were impressed with the offering for youngsters which includes a junior A la Carté menu and children-themed bedrooms which include Alice in Wonderland, Tropical and Safari.
And for all the family there is an indoor heated pool as well as the hotel’s gardens for everyone to enjoy,
John Jenkinson, owner of the hotel, said: “Receiving the award was a total shock as we had no idea we were even in the running.
“The whole team is delighted because it recognises all the hard work everyone puts in to make the hotel so family-friendly.
With all the facilities that are available there is plenty to do whatever your age.”
